I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to its clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and very convenient location. The continental breakfast was pretty impressive for a hotel, offering a good variety. However, I did experience some noise from the ice machine near my room, and the air conditioning could be a bit chilly at times. Overall, it felt like great value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right on the Parkway between Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, though being at the end of the hallway was a bit of a trek. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, even opening the kitchen early for breakfast. While the breakfast options exceeded my expectations, I wish the dining area had more variety. Overall, it was a great value for money, especially with the lovely facilities available.
